Day 2: We Spin Up Your Creative Platform
We’ll deploy Strawberry Skies and perform the base config.
In all honesty, it takes about 30 mins thanks to magical cloud automation gnomes.
We then sit down with a nice cup of tea and walk through the system in your shoes. We’ll load on the relevant templates, configure some metadata fields, and get your users set up.
Behind the scenes, there’ll be a managed LucidLink Advanced filespace (yes, we support “bring your own storage”).
Security will tick all the boxes for your Infosec team. And if you want SSO, we can kick off that process (sometimes that takes longer than 4 days, so we’ll just issue usernames and passwords for now).
By the end of day two, your creative collaboration platform is live and ready for training. You’ll have an invite email in your inbox.
Day 3: Training That Actually Makes Sense
No 7 hour zoom calls and 200-page user manuals.
Training is built around your workflow. We walk through an end-to-end project using your templates, your metadata, and your team structure.
This gives us a chance to adjust as we go (because we’re not perfect). No waiting weeks for configuration changes, we’re all grown ups, so we show you how to administer the system yourself.

Everyone gets a hands-on client install (to get through those annoying Mac security warnings).
We’ll show how to get going on a project, how to manage teams of users, and how to collaborate on active projects while keeping everything organized.
We’ll show you where a few training recap videos are on the system, but otherwise it’s over to you.
Questions get answered in real-time. System tweaks happen on the spot. No waiting weeks for configuration changes.
Day 4: Your Team is Productive
Day four isn’t about more training or complex onboarding processes.
Day four is about your team actually using the system to get work done.
It’s about creatives getting to work in a project-centric way.
